FOR EXCHANGES
You have 60 days upon receiving the product to request a replacement for:
- Wig arriving in a damaged condition.
- Wig becoming damaged for any reason.
FOR REFUNDS
We allow full refunds 60 days upon the receipt of the item with the following conditions:
- The item you received is not the one you ordered.
- The product you received is heavily damaged. We may require you to send proof/photo of the item to be qualified for a refund.
- The item has not arrived and it has been in transit for over 21 days.
We will notify you if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
