To initiate a return, please email us at support@hiaraextensions.com within 60 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and approve your return, after which you may ship the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and unused condition, and include your order number and shipping name in the return package to help us quickly process your return.

Can I cancel my order? 

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and flexible. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the same email address associated with your purchase.


•Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund immediately.

This does not look like fake hair. It doesn’t have that overly shiny gross costume-looking hair. It really looks real. It’s so big it is more like a wig. I think it’s very worth the money, even though the bangs are not for me. It’s lightweight and I think I could wear it all day if needed.
